Perhimpunan Agung Pengakap Johor Kali Ke-27 Peringkat Antarabangsa 2025 (PAPJ27) or the 27th International Johor Scouts Rally 2025 is a global gathering uniting Scouts to share knowledge, experiences, and a shared vision for sustainability. Organised by the Scouts Association of Malaysia, Johor State, this event, themed “Unity and Sustainability with Scouting,” emphasises cross-cultural collaboration to tackle environmental challenges. PAPJ27 offers workshops, environmental projects, and outdoor adventures, fostering resilience and ecological responsibility while highlighting Scouting’s vital role in shaping a sustainable future.

With over 4,500 targeted participants from Malaysia and abroad, PAPJ27 features activities that combine environmental stewardship with adventure, from thrilling competitions to impactful sustainability projects. This rally also forges lasting international friendships, inspiring collaboration and harmony across borders while championing global peace and ecological preservation.

Aligned with Visit Johor 2025, PAPJ27 not only unites Scouts but also showcases Johor’s vibrant culture, history, and natural beauty. Through engaging activities and heritage exploration, participants will experience Johor’s adventurous spirit while becoming leaders committed to addressing global challenges and protecting the planet for future generations.

Tanjung Leman, on Johor's south-eastern coast, is a heaven for adventure seakers and nature lovers. Known for its pristine beaches, lush mangroves, and stunning views of the South China Sea, it offers the perfect escape for those craving exploration and discovery. 

  Embark on a boat ride to the nearby Seribuat Archipelago, including Pulau Sibu and Pulau Tinggi, where vibrant coral reefs and marine life await snorkelers and divers. In 2025, the tradition continues with the 27th Perhimpunan Agung Pengakap Johor (PAPJ27), set to take place in Mersing. This event marks a special 50-year reunion, as the last time the event was held in Mersing was in 1975. Scouts will return to this meaningful location to celebrate the legacy and rekindle the spirit of those who gathered five decades ago.

Each event over the years has been a celebration of community and learning, inspiring young people to take on challenges and form strong bonds. From small local camps to international jamborees, these gatherings have left a lasting impact on participants.
