Contingents, refer to groups of participants from each district, state, or country attending PAPJ27 as official representatives (e.g., Mersing, Johor Bahru, Kota Tinggi, Selangor, Sabah, Kelantan, Indonesia, Thailand, etc.). Each contingent is responsible for all Scouts and leaders from their district (for Johor participants), home state or country throughout the event.
The Contingent Management Team (CMT) consists of a group of adult leaders responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of their respective contingents. They serve as the main point of contact for all contingent-related matters at PAPJ27.

The participation fee for PAPJ27 is standardised at RM 200.00 for all Johor participants. Additional details about what the fee covers will be given during HOC meeting.

The international fee for PAPJ27 is standardised at USD 250.00 for all participants worldwide, covering all onsite needs, including camping equipments, meals, activities, and transportation between main arrival points and the event site for both arrival and departure.
